Staff, client and stakeholder surveys
Regular feedback from clients, families and staff are essential for running a successful care home. We can free up your time spent organising and conducting surveys. Plus, the results will have added credibility and weightage by having an independent company carrying out the survey (versus in-grown surveys).
Surveys are based around CQC's five key questions about a service – is a service safe, effective, caring, responsive to people’s needs and well-led?
The surveys can be conducted online or by post at regular intervals and collating the data and producing results and action plans.
Survey results will be provided with graphical information and analysis that will help you improve your service to stakeholders. We can even assist your team in formulating action plans.

Formulating questionnaire (£400) – one off cost
- Online survey: £1 per participant + £100 for collating responses and reporting.
- Postal survey: £2.50 per participant (includes printing survey, postage, prepaid return postage envelope, entering and collating data, scanning responses) + £100 for collating responses and reporting.
